The Ayers team sets the standard for what should be expected of a home town auto maintenance service shop. The family run operation works like a well oiled machine. They greet you pleasantly, treat you like an adult, and explain the options clearly. My two experiences left me sad...sad that I didn't find them sooner. The cars that were fixed stayed fixed. The price was fair and I was given an option to go low with a mid price fix or a best-in-grade option. They even have a frequent customer program if continue to use them. I hope I don't need them soon but if any of the family fleet needs attention they are the folks that will get the business. If you need a pit stop Ayers team can get you back on the road.

I have just moved to the area and used their services twice, but, Ayres is extremely communicative and conscientious. They take care to make sure you understand the issues with your car and the steps required to correct them. They are also not out to nickel and dime you either.

I really enjoy the efforts that Ayers Repair put forth in communicating to me the issues and corrective actions needed in order to keep my vehicle safe and running well. This is a rare thing in the car care industry. Lastly, you do not feel like they are out to nickel and dime you.

I felt that Robert made a personal attempt to help me out over the phone on Thanksgiving weekend without even knowing who I was. He continued to take care of my car and got it into tip top shape. He listened to my concerns and guided me in the right direction. I found Ayers through Axxess card so I got $100 off my service free and the mechanic also got my Stuck CD out of the player free of charge. I will be returning for all my cars maintenance needs!!

It is a good feeling that Ayers is a local family owned business. They do not lie and guaranty their work. Ayer’s people provide me with detailed information of the work beforehand. They prioritized what should be done and what could wait. Good advises given to prevent more costly repair in the future, and tailored to our family cars. They gave me a print out of the whole work/maintenance performed, in addition to the head up of what and when will be the next maintenance appointment. I like the ride they offered me to work. Nice perk to having my car detailed inside and out! And.. the 5:30 pm closure if very helpful to working people like me.
