Very thorough troubleshooting and service. The repair team found the problem my other mechanic couldn't. I also like getting the report which shows me what's coming up for future maintenance issues, so I can plan ahead. Great experience!

Robert at Ayer's Repairs was so nice and helpful. I thought that I needed to take my car to the dealer, which is out of town and a big hassle. The dealer was not helpful at all. I found out that Ayer's can work on my Hyundai instead. They were so helpful They offered a rental car at a discount rate as my car needed to be in the shop for a few days. I have been taking my car to another shop in town, but plan to switch to Ayers.

A few months ago I unexpectedly needed a repair to my left brake light. Ayers, simply stated it was just a bulb (not an extensive electrical problem). Ayers did such a honest assessment and repair so that this month when my 2008 Jeep needed an oil change, I decided to give them the business. While dropping my Jeep off they mentioned that I was almost at the 72,000 mile check up (per Jeep recommendations). I definitely wanted Ayers to be the ones to honestly asses my over 10 year old vehicle. A few hours later they called... again, not trying to gouge me, their mechanics found only one thing that “could be done”.....no pressure, just a recommendation. I’m a big proponent of giving back locally especially when the business is honest so I went ahead with the recommendation. My Jeep is running great and I feel confident enough to drive it across the country next month! Thank You Ayers!
