They went out of their way to make sure my car was safe to drive. We had a big service done. The next day they called to tell us that the mechanic thought he might not have done a double check. We brought the car back, they were so apologetic. But the issue was fixed. Bottom line, Robert & Nikki Ayers run a quality business with integrity. I trust my car to them. My husband is going to take his car there as well. Even though we live in Santa Ynez. It is worth the trip to know that they will get it done correctly. We love you both & all your team!!

I have always received a thorough explanation of what the technicians encounter, diagnose, and need to work on in advance of a repair, the estimated cost, as well as suggested repairs for the future that may not be urgent but are likely to arise if neglected for too long. I am treated in a professional and friendly manner regarding the maintenance and repair of my two vehicles. I have grown to trust the team at Ayer's over several years of relying on them to keep my cars road-worthy. An added bonus is that my vehicle is always returned freshly vacuumed and washed.

Ayres have been keeping my cars running well and reliably for the last 25 years. They do a thorough job of inspecting the cars, fending off upcoming problems.

This car shop is very ethical and honest, as the owner said that they may be a little bit more expensive but they do a thorough job. I went in there to check up on my fluids and they gave me a complimentary check of my brakes, fluids, tires etc. AND a free car wash! Very nice people. Vey good car shop.

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received from each of the associates I came into contact with (I apologize, but I did not catch their names...I believe one was Robert). They were polite and informative, as well as patient and knowledgeable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the care they took with my car, including cleaning it, checking the fluids, etc.

Always had excellent service from Ayers Repair and they stand behind their crew's work. Cost is commensurate with quality here.

Efren the customer service rep was extremely helpful. He explained everything my car needed done in detail. The techs are trained to service BMW's like mine. I was treated very nicely by everyone in the shop. No one was condescending to me a middle-aged female. I even got a ride to and from work. I would return to Ayer's in the future without hesitation. Thanks for the good work!
