I can tell you that I received a through report and follow up call from Efrain. Work was performed promptly and at a reasonable cost. Both of these issues were of importance,.... as I don't own the vehicle (yet!!) and need a pre-purchase inspection. BTW -- the current owner was also pleased that the performance by the shop was as promised since he had to drive it up and back. He also didn't disagree with the findings. And with speaking with Efrain before hand -- I knew what to expect, and when to have the results. Very professional service from your shop. Thank you (ps I'm not keen on increasing my cyber - halo via name plus entry's ...)

Very professional yet always friendly. Prices usually lower than Toyota dealership. Have figured out stuff on my Prius that the dealers couldn't!. And they always answer the phone (no press 1 to talk to...!)

I know absolutely nothing about cars and Ayers Automotive always explains what they are doing and why they are doing it. I never feel cheated and they are always friendly and helpful. They even drop my car off at my work when they are finished!

My family and I were on vacation and we noticed the brakes were a little rough coming down Hwy 1. Luckily we pulled into Ayers Auto in Santa Barbara, Ca. and were greeted by Robert who treated us with amazing service. While they did the diagnostic we were able to walk up States Street and check out the cool shops, get a bite to eat and see the sights of SB....Robert called us and let us know that the brakes needed some pads and maintenance so he suggested we rent an economy car for the day so we could get back to our rental for Christmas festivities! Overall we had an amazing experience and Robert even gave us brand new license frames with the Santa Barbara logo! What a positive holiday week and stress-free service!
