I've always had fair, honest, thorough service at Ayers. I feel very comfortable bringing my car into their shop for service, and feel comfortable with the price tag when I leave - unlike how some of the dealerships in town have treated me. At Ayers Repairs, Efrain and auto mechanic's made me feel confident of the services they provided and replace broken parts with quality parts and explain the work needed in my car. at end of the day my car was working better then when I took it in to repair , I was happy to have gone there. I tell them that my car runs like new, and that I trust Bob and the Ayers team to do work that needs to be done but not to swindle me into work that isn't necessary. Plus my car is clean, it is done when they say it will be done-often early. Excellent service and professionalism. Prices quoted were higher than other local shops $1000 vs $800 for timing belt job, but the overall end price for all work performed was fair. Service was fairly quick, and they were able to perform a non-standard repair (fishing out a broken screwdriver from inside my engine -- don't ask...). They really saved my a**! On the phone I was first explained on how the transmission fluid was changed, which I so appreciated! The car was ready on time so I was able to pick up my daughter, And last but not least it is so nice having my car wash included with the service!
