I have known the Ayers group for close to 30 years, and used their services for a number of years in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. Due to work schedules that took me elsewhere, I wound up not using them for a long time. Suffice to say, I am thrilled to be able to use them to service my car once again. Sometimes, you think that your auto repairs/services provider takes you for granted, and you become another non-important customer. Well, I am here to say that Ayers family impressed me; with my Hybrid battery issue. I was very nervous of the outcome. They came through for me, fought with the manufacturer who did not want to honor the warranty due to a faulty battery. I am sure that if I brought my car to the dealership, they would have not had my back as Ayers did!.
