My car broke down in Santa Barbara, I was able to make it to this garage as it was near Avis Rental shop. The bottom line result, I was in a tough spot, but both the professional service, and the recommendation was to fix the problem, and they did not provide a laundry list of other items that could be fixed. I thought the owners were fair and honest.

Efrain provided excellent Customer Service and made sure to educate me on the repair to my vehicle as well as transportation from work to the shop to pick up my car.

There are not many businesses these days, let alone car repair businesses, that provide such great customer service. I always feel that the mechanics at Ayers are honest and will do the job correctly the first time. In addition, they wash/vacuum your car and write a hand written thank you note, which are my favorite parts of their service!
