Ayer's customer service is the best I have experienced. They are also willing to spend time explaining what repairs are needed and why and then what was actually found and corrected in the end. I also appreciate that they listen to what I have to say about my particular car problem. The explanation of what was done is given in great detail on the final repair order. A very positive experience at Ayer's Automotive Repair.

When a subtle hint!!! I'd say the quality - and speed - of work is excellent, I value the chauffer service, and I like the people and prompt feedback. I also value Efraim's comment on my answering message, showed personal caring. Finally, I'd add that Nikki and Bob are personal friends and I'd tell them to use my name for even more personal service - with a smile!

I always feel that they do a good job! I've never had a complaint. Nikki always makes me feel special and I feel like the repair shop knows me and my suv and I appreciate that alot! I'm not just another face Its a very personal experience. My truck always looks so good after the repair it as well.

I've been to Ayers several times. Everytime I take my car in I am impressed with the level of service. They have always been spot on with their diagnosic skills as well as repairing the problems with my car. I feel they have always been honest with me and fair. They have without a doubt the best customer service of any car repair shop I've visited in Santa Barbara! Thank you!

My wife and I were driving back from LA to San Luis Obispo after a small surgery earlier that morning. The car started to act funny and I looked up Auto repair places on yelp. The people at Ayers were wonderful. They helped immediately and were warm and friendly. Other places I called, even after explaining our situation, said they wouldn't be able to see us for a while. Ayers was even willing to give us a ride to a friends or the nearest Starbucks. They had the car fixed within a few hours and I was able to drive home with my somewhat delirious post-surgery wife.Less than a week later we received a handwritten card in the mail thanking us for coming in and asking if there was anything else they could do. To take the time to write to a thank you card knowing we didn't live in the same city and could never be regular customers. That's class.
