Really friendly and accommodating staff who treats you with respect and kindness. The only reason that I didn't give a 5-star rating is because it costs a pretty penny just to inspect whatever the problem is. It hasn't been my experience to pay $240 just to see what is going on so I do wish that the diagnostic cost wasn't so high. However, they communicate with you at each step before they actually do anything and they often use the labor involved in the diagnosis toward fixing whatever it was. All in all, I trust them and that's saying a lot about a mechanic shop but I do wish that I didn't spend around $500 each time, even to fix something small.
