I just took my third vehicle to Ayers Automotive Repairs, and I received the same quality, timely service as with the previous two. Ayers has proven themselves to be well-trained, informative, and they explain absolutely every facet of the diagnoses and repairs performed. Like most people, I had always left a repair facility wondering if I really needed all the work performed. With Ayers, they told me I did NOT need the brake work recommended by the tire shop where I purchased my tires, and they explained every facet of the service work I had performed on the vehicle. The owners were so gracious. My wife is on oxygen and they set up a table and chairs just outside the door so she could enjoy the outside while she was on her concentrator. They worked quickly to identify the problem, ordered the part, and completed the repair in two hours. Then as a courtesy, they washed the car. It looked like new! I highly recommend this auto repair shop. We were on a road trip and returning home to Castle Rock, Colorado from Santa Maria, California.
