Sometimes, you think that your auto repairs/services provider takes you for granted, and you become another non-important customer. Well, I am here to say that Ayers family impressed me; with my Hybrid battery issue. I was very nervous of the outcome. They came through for me, fought with the manufacturer who did not want to honor the warranty due to a faulty battery. I am sure that if I brought my car to the dealership, they would have not had my back as Ayers did!. So again, I want to say THANK YOU to all at Ayers for outstanding service, expertise and courtesy.
