I have demanding high standards. Every service, every repair and every gas fill up is logged in a book I keep in my vehicle. Robert Ayers never fails to meet those standards. He sends reminders and coupons, and is easy to work within my schedule, and my vehicle always comes back to me washed and pretty. Nikki always follows up with a note, and often with a call to make sure everything went well. Robert and his crew prepared my 16 year old Pontiac for a grueling 1,800 mile road trip to the gulf coast of Texas. Overloaded and high in the New Mexico mountains, it never faltered. The Ayers pit crew are the real deal.

So my License plate light went out. Sp I called Ayers to get a quote and was told 50 tp 60 bucks. Not that is alot... True very true bit tou get quality parts amd service. Now my last review was more then not favorable. I don't how to remove it. So at first I was going to take my car ib first thing Monday morning but then cpme to find out I don't have that much money to spare. So my friend said I could go to autozone and buy a blud.... I did.. And tried to but it in myself. I had trouble doing it. So I went to Ayers and Rob got the light compartment pit as I could not I handed him the new buld me put it in turned the lights on to ensure it worked. and I was good to go. I joined Ayers Car Care Club and have taken it into them for service twice. They did a great job both times and the car was ready when they said it would be. Even though the second service was a minor one when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. I was going out of town and the car wash was my next stop, so having it already washed was a nice surprise! I would highly recommend Ayers and their Car Care Club.

Positive: Professionalism I want to preface this by saying that I do not know much about cars... That being said, I would have had to take my car to a mechanic anyways. Robert was very professional and their customer service was exceptional. My car is a Hybrid which I understand many mechanics or car repair places do not work here in Santa Barbara. But they are certified to work on them. Everything is great now, and ultimately I am very pleased with the experience. The follow-up call and thank you card after the service was a great touch.
