They were very helpful and great about calling and letting me know the status of my car. They helped me understand exactly what was going on with my car as well as assuring me that they were getting it fixed as soon as possible. Excellent customer service, they will definitely be my mechanics in the future.
Good shop to work with, especially on "difficult" cars. Been with Robert and Nikki for 25 years with a '61 Studebaker, a very touchy '72 Volvo, a '97 Ford, and others. I have recommended them to friends and coworkers because they offer all the amenities of a superior quality high-end dealer at the cost of a cost-sensitive independent shop and because I never hear things like "parts are too hard to find for that model" or the ever-popular "we don't have the right tool to finish what we started".

I brought it back in and they fixed it quickly & as inexpensively as possible, waiving many of the fees they could have charged.
