Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Here is what I valued and the reason or a 5 star. 1. Pick up and delivery. since I am not leaving home right now I would not have brought it in. 2. Keeping in touch with me with regard to items that needed fixing and the cost. 3. Sanitation and cleaning that they performed like cleaning the car and handing me sanitized keys. 4. Accommodating me with regard to the delivery of my vehicle. 5. Most of all the people. They are professional and friendly and know me when I call. 6. Great service, they worked with my warranty company to get everything covered. They were very straight forward. Gilbert at the front desk was a huge help, would recommend anyone with max care warranty to bring their car here and keep business local. Would come here again.

I recently move to SB, and my 2011 Volvo's maintenance notice came on. After always having my car serviced at the Volvo dealership where I purchased my car, I was unable to locate a local dealership. After checking other reviews for Ayers re Volvo repair, I decided to take my car there. Ayers was a pleasure to deal with, and gave my vehicle a thorough maintenance check from front to back. My car drives and feels like it did when I first purchased it. They also arranged a ride home after I dropped the car off, and gave my car a through cleaning when I picked it up. I will continue to use Ayers, in lieu of taking it to a dealership for future repairs.
